Dogs Allowed!

A great event for you and your pooch!

On September 26 from 11 am to 5 pm is the 3rd Annual Dogs Allowed event.  It's on the Steeple Street in Mashpee at the Village Green (which is in Mashpee Commons).  They have all sorts of activities for you and your dog:  a fashion show, agility, rally and obedience, a police dog demo, retriever race, kissing booth, Capering Canines of Cape Cod and of course, Connor and I!!

We will be there on behalf of Honest Kitchen, which makes dog and cat food, treats, and supplements for our beloved pets.  If you are not familiar with their products please click on the Honest Kitchen link and read about them.  Not only are they completely fresh, (not cooked) wholesome, human-grade food....  without the by-products and fillers that other pet foods have, but the company has such caring and a conscience.

They have a charity of the month that they support, they make donations to tons of events (raffles, auctions, community outreach), they offer discounts to non-profit animal rescue organizations and to Service Animals.   They are also very careful that their ingredients don't hurt mother nature. They use a lot of certified organic, the meats are hormone and antibiotic free, fruits and veggies are non GMO, quiona is certified fair-trade.

Take for example their new product Zeal (available late September)... its fish based.  The fish is guaranteed Ethoxyquin- free because like all their products its human grade.  The Haddock is wild caught using line and hook method in the cold clean waters off Iceland.  It also contains Salmon, Whiting, sweet potatoes, apples, cranberries, organic coconut and more good stuff.  Better yet they are donating a portion of the sale of Zeal to several Marine Conservation Initiatives.  This is a company I can fully stand behind because in every way - they care.

Anyhow, back to the Dogs Allowed event:  I hope you will all come down and visit Connor and I at our table.  Honest Kitchen was kind enough to send us a whole bunch of samples that I can pass out to you!  I'm really excited about that!  I'll also have a bunch of discount coupons so you can try it. One of the sponsors of this event, Hot Diggity, sells Honest Kitchen so you can just walk over to their store (which is just a block away from the event) and pick some up.  I'm also going to have a place for your dog to wet their whistle, don't worry only 100% Poland Springs water for my visitors!

So come on down and visit with us!

Susan
